Dan Cruz has been actively involved with the communications industry for over 20 years during which time he has been involved with more than a dozen startup and early stage companies. Mr. Cruz possesses a broad business and technology background in hardware, software, and service business.

Mr. Cruz founded Network Designs Corporation in 1987 forging strategic relationships with leading companies such as Sun Microsystems, Cisco Systems, Synoptics Communications, Cascade Communications and McCaw Cellular Communications. Becoming a key partner with McCaw, Mr. Cruz oversaw the development wireless data products and services like CSC, CDPD, and pACT. Later, Mr. Cruz co-founded and was a key executive with Quintessent Communications and Advanced TelCom Group.

Mr. Cruz also has served as an angel investor for several noteworthy hardware and software communications companies, while also residing on the board of directors of a half-dozen early stage companies in a variety of industries.

Mr. Cruz holds degrees from Eastern Washingtion University in Cheney, Washington.

More than two decades of experience in the technology sector. Trent has degrees in Business and Computer Software engineering. Trent’s brings enterprise experience from Boeing and Microsoft as well as a crucial understanding of the early stage model derived from experience at four start-up operations. Mr. Nelson is also an experienced technology consultant on communication product development.

Mr. Nelson holds a double degree of Business and Computer Science from Western Washington University.
