Scott Anderson

Scott Anderson co-founded Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, a seed capital and business advisory partnership, and Cedar Grove Investments, LLC, a private seed capital fund. In the ten years since then, he has invested in several successful early-stage companies in the telecommunications area, and has served on a number of public and private boards.

He is currently a board member of SunCom Wireless Holdings(SWSH), Wireless Facilities(WFII), mInfo, GotVoice and is an observer or advisor to the boards of Telephia, Tigerstripe, and Ice Breaker.  He was a board member of PriCellular, Horizon Cellular Group, Tegic Communications ( merger into AOL), Xypoint (merger into Telecommunications Systems), and Tritel Communications and Telecorp PCS (both merged into AT&T Wireless)

Before cofounding Cedar Grove Partners, Anderson worked at McCaw Cellular Communications, Inc./AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. from 1986 until 1997 serving as Senior Vice President (Acquisitions and Development), Vice President (Law), and as Assistant Vice President (Law). In those roles, Anderson served as chief in-house counsel on dozens of cellular acquisitions and related M&A activities.

Anderson graduated from the University of Washington magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with a Bachelor of Arts in history. He then earned his law degree, with highest honors (valedictorian) from the University of Washington Law School.

Pete Findley

Pete Findley is the Chairman, Founder and CEO of Giant Campus. Pete is a graduate of the University of Washington with certificates in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. Under his leadership, the company has won many awards including being named as the "Best Company to Work For" in Washington State. Giant Campus is on lists of the state's fastest growing companies and has been featured in numerous media reports including interviews on ABC News, MSNBC, CNN, and The Wall Street Journal.

In his spare time, Mr. Findley works with several non-profit and corporate boards, including the Just Cauz Foundation, which he founded and chairs. Pete is also an honorary chairman for the Washington State Business Leadership Council.

RJ McIntosh

Proven entrepreneur with valuable law enforcement background and relationships. Mr. McIntosh’s efforts have led COSCOMM’s successful funding and market traction since the company’s inception. Mr. McIntosh entered the private sector working as the International Director for Strategic Distribution Management with GPA Shannon of Ireland which led to forming the new company Quite Wing System, a Flight Test program that grew to a multi-million dollar operation located in the Puget Sound region.

Mr. McIntosh served in the U.S. Military for 13 years as an Intelligence Officer. Following his departure from the military, he served with the Washington State Patrol and further advanced his career serving as a Designated Inspection Representative and a Designated Airworthiness Inspector overseas (Intelligence Unit) for the FAA and for the government of Bermuda.
